Currently, Ingeborg Schumacher works as an external lecturer at various academic institutions, including at ZHAW in the context of the CAS Financial Planning and Sustainable Investing and at the School for Employee Pensions in relation to its diploma training and the training for pension fund managers. onValues’ key values are:

  • Working with our clients as a true partner, providing them with timely and best-quality advice and taking on responsibility for the successful implementation of projects
  • Cultivating an approach that focuses on independent, unconventional, ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking that provides our clients and partners with truly innovative ideas and services
  • Being open, fair, honest and challenging in all our activities, as well as always applying highest professional ethical standards
  • Focusing on the creativity, knowledge and personal development of our employees and advisors as our major asset
  • Contributing to sustainable development and market building by engaging in public initiatives and publishing key results of our research.
