About us

onValues is a boutique strategy and investment consulting firm founded in 2002 and based in Zurich, Switzerland. Its unique value proposition is based on truly independent advice based on insights from academic research, investment practice and behavioural finance.

onValues serves long-term oriented clients with a full range of consulting services. Our team brings more than 60 years of professional experience to the service of clients. For additional expertise, we regularly tap into a large network of specialist consultants (including members of www.advisornet.ch, a network of independent consultants of which we are a founding member). We regularly publish key outcomes of our work in our news and publications section.

Our aim is to contribute to a more sustainable financial system and society through our core business and our support of collaborative initiatives in the space. We have contributed to establishing initiatives such as the Principles for Responsible Investment, Swiss Sustainable Finance, the Enhanced Analytics and the Who Cares Wins initiatives, and have facilitated the drafting of best-practice principles in areas such as microfinance, commodities and farmland investing. We also regularly support the work of Swissfoundations, the Swiss association of charitable foundations. Every year, we give pro-bono support to innovative initiatives (e.g. social venture incubators, organisations active in development finance and environmental accounting).
